Going from:
to

PROGRAM: Photoshop
TRANSLATABLE: No
DIFFICULTY: Easy
PSD: yes

1. Prepare your image (crop, sharpen, etc).

2. Layer > New Adjustment > Selective Color
(To get rid of the greens & add some color back to his skin)
GREEN: -89, 100, 100, 100
NEUTRAL: -40, 12, 0, -1

3. Layer > New Adjustment > Selective Color
(Did this second selective color to add more reds to his skin tone & bring out the other colors in the image. Also adds some contrast.)
RED: -28, -6, 0, 0
CYAN: 100, 0, 0, 0
WHITE: -5, 57, 16, 0
NEUTRAL: 32, 10, 10, 4

4. Layer > New Adjustment > Channel Mixer
(This will bring out the pink in his skin & deepen the blues in the picture.)
RED: 102, 4, -4
GREEN: 4, 96, -1
BLUE: -1, 4, 97

5. Layer > New Fill Layer > Solid Color
(Brightens the entire image)
#a99c9c Set to Soft Light at 100%

6. Layer > New Adjustment > Brightness/Contrast
(To add contrast to the image... obviously.)
BRIGHTNESS: -5
CONTRAST: 34

7. Layer > New Fill Layer > Solid Color
(I usually add this to images as a "finishing touch". Leave it out if you are happy with your results.)
#292826 Set to Lighten at 76%

From here you can do whatever you want. I was happy with mine as is so I sharpened & left it as is.
