Made in Photoshop 7.0
Translatable: No, there's use of Selective Coloring
Difficulty: Medium, I'd say
Steps: 6
PSD: Uh-huh ;)

1 - After you crop and sharpen your image (Filter > Sharpen > Sharpen) duplicate your base
and set it to Screen, opacity: 80%
This will brighten up your image a bit, and you can change the opacity to whatever best fits
what you've chosen.

2 - Right, Selective Colouring! Although the image I'm using looks brighter, there isn't
much colour to it, hence Selective Colouring :D
Go to: Layer >> New Adjustment Layer >> Selective Color
Reds: -100, +20, +100, +20
Yellows: +14, 0, -51, 0
Whites: +33, 0, -14, +13
Neutrals: +10, 0, 0, 0
Blacks: 0, 0, -29, 0

3 - I'm now going to add a New Fill Layer to my image. This combined with the next step
will really bring out the blues/greens in the image.
Go to: Layer > New Fill Layer > Solid Color, set this layer to exclusion, the opacity
at 40%, and fill with #5E431D

4 - Next, I think, a Channel Mixer Layer. It just make's the colours in the image less dull,
and as I've said it will bring a blue/green tint to it also.
Go to: Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Channel Mixer
Output Channel: Red
Red: +120
Green: -22
Blue: -2
Constant: 0

5 - Because of these past few Layers the image has dulled a little, so I think it's best to
add a Curves Layer to brighten it up!
Go to: Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Curves, and type in the following:
RGB:
Input: 80
Output: 115

6 - For the final touch I'm going to add this texture.

After placing it on the icon (set to Lighten; opacity 80%) I then zoomed in several times (CTRL+)
and used the eraser tool (you may need to lower the opacity a bit more so you can see what your doing)
to clear away the part of the texture still covering Elisha.
Be careful if you decide to do this step, you don't want to clear out too much. You don't really need to
add this step - the icon looks okay without it, but the texture does spruce it up a bit if you decide to use it!
