1. Crop your base to 100px by 100px. I didn't sharpen my image this time, but if you want to go right ahead.

2. Duplicate your base and set it to Soft Light 100% opacity. This will add some contrast to your icon.

3. Make a new selective color layer with the following settings:
Reds: -47 +32 +95 -24
Yellows: +75 +27 +8 -56
Whites: -12 -17 -10 0
This will intensify the yellows and reds in the icon.

4. Make a new color fill layer and fill it with #AB9E87. Set this layer to Soft Light. This will give the image a yellow tone.

5. Make a new channel mixer layer with the following settings:
Red: +78 +1- +8
Green: -4 +98 +18
Blue: +2 +2 +106 Constant: +1
This will neutralize the yellows added in the previous two steps and add more greens/blues to the image.

6. Make a new color balance layer with the following settings:
M: +13 -27 -10
S: +12 -8 +2
H: -29 +6 +5
This will add a lot of reds/magentas to the icon.

7. Make a new color fill layer with #2E0901 and set this layer to Exclusion 59% opacity. This will give the image a red tone.

8. Make a new color fill layer with #E3E3E3. Set this layer to Darken 100% opacity. This will make the whites in the image have a light grey tone.

9. Make a new selective color layer with the following settings:
Reds: +36 +1 +27 +13
Neutrals: +17 +10 +3 -10
This will take out a lot of the reds added in the previous steps.

10. Paste in a light texture like this one, position it on your icon so that no light spots are over the face, and set it to Screen. Erase any lights that are in awkward areas.

Voila!
