Crop, resize, sharpen your image if necessary.
Take the base image, screen 4 times, leave all at 100%.
Add a new Curves adjustment layer to make the image less yellow:
RBG: 129/146, 24/28
RED: 128/132
GREEN: 132/129
BLUE: 123/132
Add a Selective Color layer:
REDS: -100, 0 +21, 0
YELLOWS: -70, 0, +59, 0
NEUTRALS: +59, 0, -24, 0
One more Selective Color layer:
REDS: -43, 0, 0, 0
NEUTRALS: +29, 0, -14, 0
Add a Hue/Saturation layer, set saturation to +9
And you're done!
