roxy show
ok the roxy show was awesome!!! what sucked about it is this:
a) NOT ENOUGH CULVER PUNKS WERE DOING SHIT!!!! Some of you fuckers were standing there and it was really pissing me off (i.e. Logan, Juneau, Steven, Vince, Charlie, etc.). And not to mention you fools are some of our biggest fans. So don't be an asshole and FUCKING MOVE NEXT TIME!!!
b) George's set was fucking up badly. George is an excellent fucking drummer, DON'T JUDGE HIS ACTUAL TALENT ON THAT DRUM SET!
c) I heard alot of people cheering us on and asking for an encore in the end. THE ROXY WOULD NOT GIVE US AN ENCORE!!! Fuckin' A! The Knitting Factory even gave us an encore!! So fuck that shit about the Roxy. The interior's awesome, don't get me wrong. But the people that run the place are jerks. I was having another water fight with the audience (god, those are fun) and the guys said for us to not do that. FUCK YOU ASSHOLES, IT'S JUST WATER!!
d) We couldn't film. :(. But at least we got pictures.
But otherwise, THE SHOW FUCKING RULED! I wanna see more people moving around at our next show, whether you hardcore dance, skank, start a circle pit, whatever. But I need to see support. Starting a pit is a form of respect. Show some. Oh and plus, WE FUCKING MET LOWER CLASS BRATS!!!!!! We were eating Subway before the show and me and George noticed a bunch of guys walking down the street. They looked cool so we followed them. One of them looked like Marty from LCB. We catch up and George asks 'em "Where ya from?" They say "Texas" He asks "What band you in?" They answer "Lowerclass Brats." He says "I fucking knew it!" Johnny O. Negative and Marty are talking to us then up comes Bones and the rest of the crew. We talk to them for a bit and my bro walks up (he's wearing an LCB shirt and they say "hey man, nice shirt!" lol) so we find out they're playing Zen Sushi (21+, which sucks). We ask if they can come check us out. Unfortunately their set started at 10:30. Sucks but oh well. They got our site and hopefully they'll check us out. Fucking good shit!!! Thanks to everyone that showed up to the Roxy!!!!! I just got back from chilling with Jenna and Hasya and Jennifer at the promenade. so ya. Love you all!!!!
