The Zip file contains both the PSP8 brushes & the Image Pack. :)

for some reason i only got 1 brush..

Ack! I'm sorry about that. When I went to make the ZIP, I right clicked on 1 of the .JPGs & hit "Send to Zip File." After that, I moved the ZIP to My Documents & finished copying the files into it there. I accidentally uploaded the ZIP from My Pictures which has only the 1st one.
But it's fixed now! Sorry for the trouble! (Thanks for telling me.)
