Get your base ready.
001. Make a hue/saturation adjustment layer (layer-new adjustment layer-hue/saturation)
Saturation = +38
002. Make a new colour balance layer (layer-new adjustment layer-colour balance)
Midtones: -32, +56, +77
003. Make a new fill layer and put this in #010B21 and set it to exclusion 100%
004. Duplicate fill colour layer, and set to softlight 50%
005. Make a new selective colour layer (layer-new adjustment layer- selective colour)
Reds: -42, 0, -23, -26
Yellows: +52, -100, +38, +100
Cyans: +100, -100, +100, +100
Blues: +100, +100, +100, +100
Whites: -100, 0, +78, 0
Neutrals: +52, +20, 0, 0
The settings on the last layer will depend on your picture, but you can have a fiddle.
the daniel radcliffe, chris lilley, crybaby and aragorn icons below all have the last layer set to 30%
