problem with my psp.
Okay, I'm having a bit of difficulty with my Paint Shop Pro: Version 10.
Everytime I try to resize an image, it comes out all scratchy and distorted. Does anyone know why it all of a sudden started doing this? I mean, one day it worked perfect and the next it was screwed up.
I know this question doesn't exactally have to do with coloring, but I am currently unable to make any sort of graphics because of this issue, and I'm rather frustrated. So I figured this would probably be the best place to ask. :/
