Q: may I know how's the process when you make icons? Do you brainstorming and prepare the concept first?
what kind of effect you use for simple coloring? (I mean like is it selective coloring, or channel mixer, like that :D)

If it's all right, some general tips on coloring Hawaii FIve-0 caps? For some reason, for me anyway, I'm having a difficult time getting the coloring right.

just wondering what are some of your favorite fonts to use for text on your icons and where might I get them?

how do you come up with the right words to put on your icons? I have a tendency to leave my work blank because I can never think of what to say. do you get your inspiration from quotes or song lyrics?

Seconding the question(s) about your H50 icons. ;) And then:

- How do you go about the compostion of more complicated/texture-heavy icons? Any general tips on what works best with what when it comes to combining different effects/techniques?

- A tutorial on #2 and/or #3 from this batch would be great. Basically, I love how you play with the lighting in several icons from that batch!
