Other people have last-minute cramming sessions. I highly disapprove of those because you're not actually learning.

Instead, I have last-minute review sessions. "Do I actually know this information? . . . Okay, it seems like I do. Phew. Good."

Orbicularis oculi (closes eye), orbicularis oris (closes mouth), platysma, sternocleidomastoid (o. sternum and clavicle, i. mastoid process of the temporal bone, laterally flexes head and rotates it to the opposite side and flexes head forward if both contract at once), pectoralis major, external oblique (bend body from side to side, if both flex at once will flex vertebral column and compress abdomen), rectus abdominus (o. pubic symphysis and pubic crest of coxal bone, i. bottom ribs and xiphoid process, flexes vertebral column and compresses abdomen), external intercostals (expand lungs, inhale), internal intercostals (compress lungs, exhale), trapezius, latissimus dorsi, deltoid, biceps brachii (o. scapula x2, i. radius, flexes arm at elbow and extends arm at shoulder), brachialis (o. humerus, i. ulna, flexes arm at elbow), triceps brachii (o. scapula and humerus, i. ulna, extends arm at elbow), brachioradialis (o. humerus, i. radius, flexes arm at elbow), flexor carpi radialis (o. humerus, i. metacarpals, flexes hand at wrist), extensor carpi radialis longus (o. humerus, i. metacarpals, extends hand at wrist), rectus femoris (o. iliac crest of coxal bone, i. patella and tibial tuberosity via patellar ligament, extends leg at knee and flexes leg at hip), vastus medialis + vastus lateralis + vastus intermedius (o. femur, i. patella and tibial tuberosity via patellar ligament, extends leg at knee), biceps femoris (o. ischial tuberosity of coxal bone, extends leg at hip so leg goes backwards), semimembranosis, semitendinosis, gluteus maximus (extends leg at hip so leg goes backwards, laterally rotates thigh), sartorius (flexes leg at hip, flexes abducts and laterally rotates leg for cross-legged sitting), gracilis (adducts thigh, medially rotates thigh, flexes leg at knee), tibialis anterior (o. tibia, i. metatarsals, dorsiflexes foot), gastrocnemius (o. condyles of femur, i. calcaneus via calcaneal tendon, flexes leg at knee and plantar flexes foot), soleus, calcaneal tendon. Diaphragm (three holes: esophageal hiatus, aortic hiatus, and caval opening). Neuromuscular junction tells muscles to move.

WELL I CAN NAME IT ALL OFF THE TOP OF MY HEAD NOW SO I DAMN WELL BETTER BE ABLE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS WHEN ASKED TOMORROW. HERP.
