many little updates
~Liza and Nicky's wedding was cool. I think I look odd in the pictures, but this is because I've never worn makeup or had my hair done before.
~I have two more boxes to unpack in my apartment. And clothes, but before I do that, I need to buy a dresser. Currently all my clothes are in neat little stacks along my wall.
~Now that I"m all settled in my apartment, I need to get out and do things. I'm not very good at that. I'm good at routine, not meeting new people. So if anyone knows a surefire way to make new friends, throw it at me.
~The pool at my apartment building has lights on the bottom that turn on after dark. They change color (well, there are a series of lights that take turns being on). It is AWESOME.
~This weekend, my mom and I went to the American Visionary Art Museum. The exhibit was called "All Faiths Beautiful" and part of it was a massive display of Postsecret cards! Totally cool. Also, my mom decided I should get married at the museum. I find this an interesting proclamation although, as Meghan as pointed out, my mom has an odd sense of the order in which things should occur.
