(no subject)
It's been a while. My absense from the LJ world was a mix of laziness and busyness.
Much has happened since my last post (July 12, 2006).
1. My uncle, his wife and his son came over from the States for a couple of weeks. ANDRES IS THE CUTEST! My baby laptop. *wink*
2. Youth Sunday! Take Two was supposed to perform, but God had other plans. :/ But yeah, the event went GREAT! I, along with my fellow Video Girls, PA-ed. Praise God for everything!
3. Youth Sunday = SCORE! MWAHAHAHA. XD ♥♥♥
4. SCOP's movie premiere: The Ant Bully. CSDC was part of it, and we were lucky to watch "RV" for free. Haha, I love it. The D7 boys watched and we hung out at Katip after. :)
5. Maiki's 17th birthday. We all had to dress up 70s and 80s-ish. Her mom's the sweetest! She planned the surprise. Had fun with chaninisu and the others. Alabshoo Kikz!
6. I got a new haircut! It's extremely short (for me, at least) but I've learned to love it.
7. SABPAG! Oh myyy, two weeks worth of practicing. We got bruises on our knees, no more voices, aching thighs and bodies. But it was WORTH IT! I seriously was about to cry when I saw Sir Sonny. The thought of that being our last sabpag and one of the last times to compete and stuff, I really couldn't bear it. Obviously I couldn't cry with all the paint on my face. I let it out when I got to ccf. HAHAHA. Loser!
...And now, things are not looking good. I've cried three times during the past two days, including the whole i'm-going-to-miss-highschool shiz. My popsie (grandpa) is not doing too well. In the middle of leading breakout, I had to leave to go to Alabang. Thanks to Bens and Aoo for comforting me.
It was heartbreaking to see him that way. At one point, I was praying so hard. That was probably that hardest I've prayed ever. I really don't want him to go. Not yet, at least. I know he's suffering, but I want him to have peace in his heart before he goes.
Please pray for him. And for the family.
