Morning all!
I am exhausted! Absolutely shattered! But that was amaazing...
For starters, never before have I heard the electric *saw* played with a bow or beaters, or ANYTHING for that matter...nor have I heard electric wine glasses or, seriously, someone playing the guitar with a bow, or singing INTO their guitar for extra amplification. Let's be honest, it's the first gig I've been to where there was singing but no actual words... and it was all crazy :-) It was Sigur Ros (for those musically-inclined, the music was a vague relative of minimalism)- and wow! Crazy! Wow! Thankyou Giles - was a lovely present :-)
