"If gay marriage becomes legal it will cheapen the sanctity of a tradition that's over a thousand years old.
According to Leviticus homosexuality is a sin. Jesus also clearly defined marriage as between a man and woman. But as my Christian friend told me, we should love the sinner but hate the sin. :)
George Bush won because he stood for moral values such as gay marriage, and all 11 states voted against gay marriage to preserve our greatest tradition. I'm glad President Bush is setting the example for our society so our children can follow this great tradition of marriage. :)"
Sigh. That's all nice, but there is a nice tradition we have in this country that is known as separation of church and state.
