after i came to, the nurse said, you're going to feel like you're on a boat...to which i replied, "what?!? we're not on the boat anymore?!?" she didn't get it. later i was talking to a friend, telling him it was easy peasy and that maybe we could hang out later. that's when i looked down and saw a waterfall of blood pouring over my numb lips and collecting in my lap. the next few days were spent in a beautiful vicodin haze. then, once i was better, i went out and watched that really bad movie the crush and when alicia silvertone got punched in the face and flew across the room i laughed so hard my stitches started to pop, and then i started to cry. and then my friends starting laughing at me which made me laugh. and that made me cry. and it was so funny i couldn't stop laughing/crying.
hi, this is andrew. i have to get the exact same thing done very soon, and you're not making me feel any better about it. good thing i, too, have a wonderful nurse to attend to me, and hopefully great drugs to go with her. what are you and ronald doing monday afternoon? erin and i will be in san diego over the weekend and would like to kick it on monday in la, if you're free and feeling better.
