i had a dream that you called me at school during an art opening and i could feel your presence but you insisted that you weren't there, & that you'd called me to inform me that you and rachael were moving out together and moving into silverlake. and i was happy for you and thought the timing to be appropriate so i decided to tell you that i'm engaged to be married. and well, i am. ...but i don't remember the rest of the dream. i do remember that you weren't surprised, nor upset. quite accepting, actually...calm. and i woke up wishing that it could all play out just like that. cus then we'd both live happily ever after. and that truly is what i want.
