on saturday i'm going to a 'black tie and diamonds' ball for a friends 21st birthday.
since there is to be a ceilidh and it's been so hot recently i went into town this morning to look at short, smart dresses.
i found some nice ones in debenhams and after some deliberation bought one.
but it cost me £100!!!
and i'm having second thoughts about the idea of dancing in it.
but it's soooooo pretty and fits me really well - which is rare for dresses.
