Getting places with small talk is an art form best left to the experts.

I have no plans. Not yet. And I'm not trying to accomplish anything particularly different to anyone else, at least not in essence.

You're welcome to try. The answer, incidentally, remains the same: my desires are essentially the same as any other citizen's. Although I may pursue them in a more rational manner.

Rationality is relative… what seems like a good idea to one person could seem ridiculous to another.

What do you think are the desires, or if you prefer… plans, of the citizens of this City that you keep mentioning?
