I'm 5'4" and my starting weight was 226 pounds. The goal weight is coming from standard health charts, not really a specific person. I have done research on this, and even at my height under a "large frame" body type I still would fall under that category to lose 91 pounds minimum. I either carry it well or people are being kind, because a lot of my friends have said the same thing.
You carry it amazingly. I would have NEVER guessed it. I am the same way. I am 5'8" & a half. My current weight is 180. I need to lose about 20 pounds. This is a current picture of me & people have NEVER guessed by real weight. They are usually a good 30-40 off.
Tanya!! (First of all, you look amazing, and I love your hair that color!) I would have guessed you at about 140-150 depending on your height. I think you look amazing. I know for a fact I haven't been looking my best, I've been slowly noticing photos of myself that I want to hide. But I feel like some people see it and others don't. I guess it really depends on how people feel about weight in general and how much knowing someone can affect how you see her.
