Nice and easy day...
I had to open the store today with Anita. She's so cute in the morning, she comes in with her nose all red and her hair all over from the wind. "Am I late?"
Usually she isn't, it's just that I'm disgustingly early. Today she couldn't find her keys, so we were late.
Opening the store is SO much easier than closing. There is a lot less to do, or to remember. It depends on how you look at it. But either way I kind of think it's fun- all the paper work and punching things into the computer. I feel so much more productive and in turn, so much more useful.
I got out at 2 and stopped by to say hi at Wilson's. I also had to confirm my schedule change. Jessie is taking my shift tomorrow, it's going to be good for both of us. And I think I may have found her a job!!!!! Even if it isn't the first place she would normally have applied, I think she'd do a great job there and maybe even end up liking it. I was looking at the paper work this morning and the mall office was inquiring if any stores wanted to post help wanted advertisements for free. I asked Anita where they post them so that I could look for Jessie. She ended up saying that she was acquainted with the manager at B. Moss and knew that they were looking for a keyholder. I hope it goes well! She HAS to get out of Wilson's and LNT. I know what it's like to hate a job. It's worse to have two and hate both of them.
