Thank you for all of the wonderful birthday wishes. It makes an old girlie like me feel special.
I cut off all my hair. It looks like Ashley Judd's hair only curlier. It's very very cute. No more "hi, my name's Carisa, and I'm a narcissistic glamour puss that needs to have long hair to feel validated as a sexy, confident, beautiful person".
It was funny, Mike actually told me that he doesn't like long hair. I was asking him his opinion before I got it cut, and came to find out that he had wanted me to do this for a while.
I would take a picture but my camera is being a bitch.
I'm taking Stacey to get her tonsils out today, poor girl can't even have ice cream. So I'm going to go to the grocery store and get her some jello and juice. Mom left for Vegas yesterday so I'm going to be staying with her and trying to keep her from getting too crabby, or from eating things she can't eat.
And I can bet that if you are reading this, I miss you right now.
