A/N: I'm planning to make some short stories based on their teaser pictures from the album "Lovability". And this is the first one, hope you like it. ^^
He is a creature of dark, something between reality and imagination.
Something that is strong yet fragile in the same time.
Something that doesn’t need friend, especially those from the shining world.
But him, he desires for that man. That dazzling guy he often sees from behind the windowsill.
“You can’t like him.” Siwan says. He leans on the wall while his friend sits on the couch, eyes following every movement the dazzling guy make.
“I know.” Heechul mutters. But alas, he can’t let go of that beautiful figure outside. “I don’t like him.”
“But you’re obsessed with him.” Siwan sighs. “He’s human, we made promise that we can’t fall in love with human. Again.”
“Stupid rules.” Heechul mumbles. “Why can’t we?”
“You’re asking the question that you already know the answer.” Siwan flicks his hair and walks across the room. He wipes a large painting with his fingertips. “Us, will never deserve love. Sinful creature like us that destroyed our beloved before, will remains forever in a dark world of our own.”
Heechul sighs. Now the dazzling guy is picking up flowers in the field, his horse following him around. Such a beauty.
“Have you ever thought of going to die, Siwan?”
Siwan raises an eyebrow, he sneers sarcastically. “As if you didn’t know how many times I’ve tried to kill myself. But we’ve promised to them, we will stay and continue this endless life.”
“This is not a life.” Heechul argues. Oh now someone is coming close to that guy. Who is he? “It’s not life, when you’re spending more than 100 years between life and death.”
Siwan can only smiles weakly.
If only, they didn’t get bite. If only, they didn't kill their beloved person without they realized. Will life still be the same like now?
“Don’t you think he looks like Hyungshik?” Heechul asks, his finger points at that guy.
“Stop it, Heechul. You’re addicted to him.” Siwan reprimands. “I know he looks like the boy that you fell for before. But face it, he’s not the same person. That boy…”
“…I killed him. Yeah Siwan, I know.” Heechul’s face turned sad. His pale white face looks even paler when he’s sad. “That was the biggest mistake I’ve ever made.”
Siwan wraps his arms around his friend’s shoulder and comforts him. “It’s okay Heechul-ah, it’s okay. I did the same too to Kwanghee. We have no choice.”
“I shouldn’t have met him at the first place.” Heechul mutters, he really wants to cry, but vampire cannot cry. “I shouldn’t have fallen for him.”
“What’s done is done.” Siwan pats his friend. “If you love that guy-that guy showered with so much light-you should leave him alone. Promise me you would never show yourself to him.”
“I promise.” Heechul says, he closes his eyes and takes a deep breath. “But please let me to watch him from behind the window. Because that’s the only way to kill this loneliness.”
“You can’t.” Siwan let go of his embrace. “You will fall deeper in love, and that would kill either him or yourself.”
“…..”
“Let go of him.” Siwan says, he stares at the dazzling guy outside. “Look, he’s already have someone to accompany him.”
The vampire’s sad eyes stare at the guy. He treasures each expression that guy makes. The expressions he had been forget for a long time.
“We’re unlovable, don’t we?” Heechul murmurs. “Even though we have the love ability.”
“Because we’re creatures from the dark side.” Siwan says, he gently forces his friend to leave his couch. “The sun will go higher, come on let’s go back inside. You could get killed by those rays.”
Heechul stares at the guy once again before finally whispers a single “bye bye” and leave with Siwan. He should have known before, he has no chance to even get closer to him. To be recognized for. To be fall in love.
Because there’s no such thing as lovability for him.

“What’s wrong Shikkie?” Kevin asks when he finds his friend staring blankly at the old manor across the prairie.
“Nothing.” The dazzling guy quickly shakes his head and smiles awkwardly. “I just feel that someone has been watching me from there.”
“That old manor?” Kevin laughs. “That building is uninhabited since years ago, I don’t know for how long it’s been.”
“Really?” Hyungshik’s eyes wander off. “But I really feel like someone’s watching me. Plus, this building is kinda nostalgic to me.”
“Maybe you saw this kind of manor before in the book.” Kevin says. “Maybe in one of your vampire books.”
“Maybe.” Hyungshik nods weakly and turns away. “Mother must have waited for us. Now that we got her enough flowers, I think we should head back home.”
“Yeah, let’s go.”
The two of them leaves with their horse. Now lights has gone, so the dazzling shine won't hurt those from the dark side, doesn't it?
