A Poem type thing by me!

Well, I just wrote this because I can't get back to sleep and I figured I'd put it here so I don't lose it.

Himawari no Fuyu

I am the sunflower of winter,
I grow from adversity.
I triumph through good times
And those most bitter.

Though weary I grow
In the cold biting winds,
My exhaustion and pain
I will never show.

These harsh storms I'll weather,
The lonliness I'll survive
and await for the sun
knowing the end will be better.

I am the sunflower of winter,
For the sky I reach
Past the moon and the stars
Toward the warm, pleasant summer.

Gently swaying to and fro
In a warm spring breeze
I know that next winter
More still I will grow.
