I've moved!
I now live up in the main city (ironically, almost right down the street from where I USED to work about 4 years ago). The move was rather chaotic. (such a non-surprise I know...) And we haven't gotten internet acess setup yet, so I access it at work and from my sister's house only. My lord but there's quite a bit of reading to catch up on after not checking for like, a couple weeks.
Sad news... My sweet kitty is MIA. He slipped out almost 2 weeks ago and normally he comes back after awhile, but not this time. Although I've wandered through the neighborhood and driven around a fair bit as well, he is nowhere to be seen. I can only hope he is not hurt or trapped somewhere...especially considering how cold it is and how he does not like to be cold. I'm guessing someone probably took him in, so I will be putting up flyers hoping whoever it is returns him to me and hoping that no @sshat decides to be obnoxious and prank call the number that I will have to put on the flyers.
:( I miss my kitty very much. And I scan the neighborhood everytime I drive through, hoping in vain to catch a glimpse of him. Not knowing what happened to him is....tearing me up a little I guess. I have a feeling however, that no matter what I do, I will never see him again.
