Its been such a while i didnt update..and thought i would do an entry on diet and food..
in the last month I learn so much about food and exercise that im doing awesome in my diet.
the picture you see are my lunch i ate 2 days ago and today.
its look big right? the plate is sooo full...but for real plate number one is under 400 kcals.
the tofu is 48kcals the penne are 218kcals and the cabbage salad with low-fat wafu dressing 25kcals.
the secret...is that i use a smaller plate so when im looking at i feel im eating alot but actually eating good normal size...and feel full after!!
the second plate (my today lunch) miso wakame soup 34kcals , tofu 48kcals, salad 25kcals,pasta 216kcals,and 60g of grilled vegetable 26kcals!!!!!!
and for sure with a bottle of water!
im drinking around 2liters of water a day.
a day my intake calories are 1200kcals. and seriously i dont feel hungry at all!!!!! its enough! seriously enough! if you drink plenty of water dont snack too much....its soooo easy!!
im doing exercise everyday. Going gym 6 days a week.(wednesday is close) and doing wii fit everyday also 1 hour... its soooo great to be able to play a game same time as doing exercise really make you feel great!
Im also keeping a food journal that i write everything im eating and every exercise im doing. feel good to see what you ate...if you did good or bad...
In 30 days i lose 5kg (11lbs) . I feel really good. and sleeping really good night time..hahaha
and I last thing i wanted to say...is that if you are hungry but you know if you eat you will go over your calorie intake you decided to eat a day ..eat sugarless gum...its working sooo good...almost no calories and when you want to eat it taste good and is enough if its only 'a you want to eat' not you are hungry.
