I honestly have no idea? Lantana is most well known for being a genus of plants...

BUT here's my theory: Lantana could be a shortened form of Lanthanum (oxide), something that is used as feedstock to some catalysts -> Catal Rhythm.... Sound familiar?

My only comment is that YORKE is such a chemistry loving person. (Assuming that YORKE also wrote the lyrics for Lantana.)
