Changes (Fifteen)

Foreword:
It all started... with the thing in the elevator. Forgetting she had a boyfriend back in Korea, she started to become interested with this one guy... Who in return is not interested in girls.
He doesn't know it was Sakura and she just kept it at that. Too late, as it finally dawned on her that she's falling head over heels in love.

"Dai-chan, I've been calling your phone earlier, and it's diverted to your voice mail." Yabu suddenly told Daiki. Shit. Daiki didin't think he've seen his phine for the last 24 hours.
"I forgot to charge it." Daiki lied, but he didn't even have any idea where it was.
"Did you finally manage to get Sakura's number, Dai-chan?" Chinen asked, the others just laughed. Typical Chii.
Yuto sniggered, "the only thing that he did earlier was apparently grab her hand and asked her to stay. After that he didn't utter a thing. He even locked himseld up inside his room, totally embarassing! Way to go, Dai-chan!"
Daiki stayed quiet, these guys will only make fun of him. He was really becominh interested in Sakura, but knowing him, his experience with girls are practically equivalent to nil.
"Dai-chan, you really didn't ask for her number?"
"She's taken..."
"You're just too slow!" Ryutaro interrupted, "Look at Yabu-kun, even if Mirai was taken, he still got her number!"
"Hey! Who said she was taken?!" Yabu asked defensively. Daiki just laughed at their antics.
"Didn't you know, Ryutaro and I saw her earlier with a guy! I think that must be her boyfriend or something. If not, well, she's probably just comfortable being sweet to other guys." Ryosuke pondered.
Yabu looked pissed, "Shut up if you can't say anything nice!" he reprimanded and Daiki heared the other laugh. "Koppi's getting desperate, lay off him!" Daiki joked, this made the others chortle more.

Daiki searched his room for any signs of his phone - where in the bloody hell was it?
"Yama-chan, can I borrow your phone?"
He handed Daiki his phone without another word. Daiki tried to call his phone but like what Yabu said, it was diverted to voice mail.
"You lost your phone right?" Ryosuke teased.
"I didn't lose it per se... I just misplaced it. It's here somewhere, I know." Daiki insisted. His room was a mess. Again. WHERE IN THE BLOODY HELL IS THAT PHONE?!?!?!?!

"Yama-chan, can we talk? I'm going insane!"
"Yeah, what's up?" He said as he plopped next beside Daiki on the bed.
"I need help with girls!"
"Finally! Our Dai-chan is becoming interested!"
Daiki chose to ignore the comment. He's not up for some teasing at that moment.
"Gomen, gomen. What's wrong?"
"It's just that I'm confused. Is it possible to like two people at the same time?"
"Yes!" He quipped. Daiki was confused. People usually talk about how one most be loyal and here Ryosuke's saying the opposite?
"How is it possible? Ever since you met Shida Mirai (A/N: here comes the confusion, I'll clear things up in a few chapters. for now, just go with the flow~)... you never looked at anyone else."
That made Ryosuke quiet for a bit, as if thinking. "Me and Mirai... We're different. She might be the one."
"...... but you aren't together." Daiki countered.
"We aren't, yeah. but I'm contented with her."
"and yet you said it's possible to like more than one person!" Daiki exclaimed, exasperated.
"You can like more than one person... but I don't think its possible to be in love with more than one." He explained. "Mirai... she's my bestfriend, and I have to admit, I'm... I'm in love with her..."
"But?"
"No buts, we're just not together. As long as I know she's there, I'm fine with that."
Daiki thought that it's sad watching Ryosuke like this. He's been in love with his bestfriend since forever but he can't tell the truth, since she have a boyfriend.
"Listen, if there's one thing that's missing, like you always finds a fault with this other person who tends to fill up that missing spot, then you're not in love with her."
Daiki was about to say something ....
"CAN SOMEONE GET THE FUCKING DOOR?!!?" Hikaru was yelling from the bathroom. Apparently the doorbell has been ringing and no one, rather, everyone was too lazy to get it.
Ryosuke then left and Daiki took the liberty to open the door for those lazy arses, but when he did, no one was around. Strange, it's impossible that he's hallucinating as Hikaru too heard the bell.
Daiki stepped out of the hallway and checked if anyone was there, but then there was a small box. Curiously, Daiki picked it up and examined it - it could be something from an anti-fan for all he knows, so he gently opened it - but then he saw his phone inside. Confused, Daiki checked to see if there was note. And yeah there was.
Gomene.
And when Daiki flipped the page, oh boy how he's glad he lost his phone like that!
