hi...this is my testimonial...i used to be a really healthy eater...recently, i have been eating crap. i have gained about 7 pounds which i don't really care much about.. but i have already bought my prom dress which was one of a kind and $400 dollars. now, i would like to change my diet back to more clean foods... so.. i will henceforth be posting my menu under a LJ cut.. 1700 cals/day 30 mins exercise (ddr) lol.. and if i cheat, i won't lie. what do i have to lose online? so anyway.. my only guidlines really are no soda, and no unruley sweets.. or ramen (cries). i guess if i "cheat" you can yell at me or whatever... prom is so soon!! my prom dinner is gonna be chinese..yum!!
