so it's almost the end of October, This pass saturday I went cold turkey with my eating habits, my snacking had been a little off, and I had fallen off the exercise wagon. still having a little trouble getting on it, but since I only eat fruits and vegetables during the day with very little carb activity and almost no meat during day light hours, I have lost 4 lbs. That has made me smile. I still drink no soda, Just green tea and the occasional sobe life water or fuze. I do treat myself to milk tea however with honey and sugar which is devine with an english muffin which I also have cut back on. I had one last night as I was hungry but there was nothing else to snack on. I add cayenne pepper to anything I need mayo for, which is mainly egg salad, but it's wonderous, spiceh in a good way ( my pill kicked my ass last night at dinner) Now the reason I've been busy, I work at Target now. I'm still training, so my hours are kinda all over the place, but I now use my bento's for lunch which I'm happy with ( cuz they weren't getting much use) I need to find something for lunch tomorrow. I may try to use my flat udon with some veggies, I usually keep some dried blueberries on hand for my 15 minute break which I happily snack on with some green tea. I haven't gotten the hang of making a pretty bento yet, I can't even make an apple bunneh....but I'm workin on that. I need to work on getting my ass out of bed at 7 for exercise. 2lbs to go till I can get my first reward, seems the congratulatory tattoo will be for 2 purpose....I still have to wait till the end of next week before I can get it since that is when I will be getting paid, but I can wait.
