We Interuppt This Bi-Weekly Challenge For A Special Announcement...
CAKE!!
Friday the 15th is Ichigo Kurosaki's Birthday and berrygold and I want to throw him a little party. We'd like to thank agentw7 for helping come up with a theme for this party: CAKE.
While we weren't able to celebrate Rukia's Birthday (Jan 14th) in true community style (since the IchiRuki community has only been around since March), we wanted to let Rukia get in on some of the fun as well.
Your mission *points to members: new and old*, should you choose to accept it, is to write a story or draw a picture that involves the two of them and some birthday cake. This can go SO many ways... I know I can think of at least 4 separate scenarios for this idea alone. ~_^
We are only going to run this challenge for a week. Next Wednesday, I'll be posting a wonderful piece of fanart by our own jen_kat for the regular Bi-Weekly Challenge.
We also have our IchiRuki 100 Themes Challenge going on at the same time. There's no time limit for this one, so feel free to pick one of the themes and use it for inspiration. All of the responses we've gotten back about the themes have been fantastic... If no one else is enjoying it, I know berrygold and myself are LOVING EVERY MOMENT OF IT!!
