Division 15 Update!
I've been thinking about this post for, I dunno, a couple weeks, and I've had lots of good ideas, charming turns of phrase that I told myself I'd remember and of course I've forgotten them all, now it's finally time to make the post. You'd think I'd know better by now.
So I'll just get right to it. This post has two purposes: The first is to announce that division15 has finally been updated and will soon be updated again (the fic is already out to betas), and the next time - the very next post, I swear! - will be smut. So you should keep an eye on the journal. And leave feedback!
And as always, if you haven't read any Division 15 'verse before, it's a universe where Ichigo's dead (don't ask him how that happened if you value your life) and now he's the captain of a new division (that isn't really so new) and Rukia's his VC. May contain spoilers through recent chapters of the manga, not to mention lots of spec.
And it is best to start with the first post and work your way forward. The posts are out of chronological order but there is a logic to the order in which they are posted (if there weren't, the smut would have been up months ago).
The other point of this post is, while I have your attention turned to Division 15, to get some opinions. division15 itself is, as you have probably noticed, a fic-only journal and I am determined to keep it that way. You friend the Div15 journal, the only thing it is ever going to clog your friends page with is fic. But the fic doesn't exist in a vacuum.
Mostly when there's babble about the writing process, I put it here, and that's not a problem, but there's also been a fair amount of div15-inspired fanart (which, by the way, is the coolest thing ever), there are icons made by myself and others, and I feel like these things should be collected somewhere. So I was thinking about making a comm. For pretty much anything related to the Division 15 verse. It'd be an open comm, and I might occasionally post something about when to expect new fic updates, and I'd definitely post my own Div15 icons, since that's what it'd be for - icons, art, fanfic if people feel so inclined, discussion… I don't expect it'd be very busy, but it'd be organized. What do you think?
