I think I pulled off the procrastinators dream this week! Yesterday I had Oboe class, which I skipped last week and haven't picked the evil thing up for two weeks. I go into class and we have a playing test! Ooooohhh shit!! But we review everything before he grades us and I played the best out of anyone there! It totally knocked me out of my chair! Then, at 4:15, I have my Essential Helper Relationship Skills class. It's a really stupid class I have to get a B in so I can keep being an RA. Well, we had to tape ourselves for 20-30 minutes doing a mock-counseling session. So this project has been assigned for two weeks and I decide Wednesday night I should probably find someone to counsel. So Thursday morning after Oboe class(ends at 11) I rent a video camera from the education office. Then, I bring it back to my apartment, open it up, and it's one of those mini-tape video cameras and there's not cords to attach it to a VCR and there's no tape inside. So I quickly run out and buy a mini -tape($10 dollars!) and make it back just in time for my front desk duty(12-2). So 2 o'clock comes, the girl comes over to my apartment to tape this and the tape I bought was not the right size! So we quickly run over to the library and rent an old-school video camera from them, then come back here to tape it. We finish taping at 3. Then I have to write my paper and a transcript(verbatim) of 10 minutes of the tape. I finish the paper at 4, go to class, and tell her I'll email her the transcript after class("I forgot it!"). Whew! It was a close one! I'm gonna have an ulcer by the time I'm out of here if I don't stop this. The girl who helped me out asked me if my life is always like this and I said "Every moment! It keeps it interesting!" hehehehe
