Title I Choose To Love You
Rating PG-13
Genre School Life, Romance(?)
Pairing Junseob
Summary Yoseob has always love Junhyung since the day he laid his eyes on him despite of Junhyung's attitude towards him which almost looks like he hates Yoseob. He is who Yoseob chose to love, despite the fact that his friend, Doojoon has already fallen crazily in love with him.

After classes, Yoseob headed straight to his locker and put everything that is needed to be kept inside. Shutting his locker up, he turned on his heel wanting to go for some walk until a man in a suit walks up in front of him, startling him. That man looks like he is in his 60’s. He has hair coloured in grey and with some strands of white, a big pair of spectacles that you can find in the 80’s and a face that somewhat gives you an idea of a principal.

“Annyeong…haseyo” Yoseob mumbled, giving his 90 degree bow.

“You’re a polite student, aren’t you” The man chuckled.

Yoseob straightened his body and gave the man nothing but a small smile, not knowing what that man wants from him.

“I heard… You are Junhyung’s roommate. Am I right?” That man questioned.

Yoseob stared at that grey-haired man thinking how he knows. Maybe there are secret cameras placed in every room in the dorm? Maybe he checks every single room? Or maybe…

“Kikwang, our prefect, informed me about Junhyung’s new roommate. Which happens to be you, right?” Like he had read his mind, he stated before questioning him again.

Yoseob nodded quietly.

“Good, because I have a favor to ask you” The man patted Yoseob’s shoulder. He found Yoseob staring at him dumbly with his eyes questioning for his identity. “Right, I forgot to introduce myself” He smiled before continuing. “I am the principal of this school, as you can see. And Junhyung is my son, if Kikwang have ever told you”

Oh, so he’s the principal…, thought Yoseob.

“Neh, Kikwang told me” Yoseob replied politely.

The principal chuckled. “So what I wanted to ask you is that, Junhyung always oversleeps and gets late for his class” He explained, looking at Yoseob to see if he was listening. “And if you don’t mind, can you wake him up early for me?” He went further, asking Yoseob firmly.

Yoseob opened his mouth wanting to reject his offer but he couldn’t get the words out of him. He somehow knew Junhyung is not an easy person from when they first talked in their shared room. Plus, they don’t even know each other that well and waking Junhyung up is a difficult task given to Yoseob.

Finally giving in, he sighed inaudibly and accepted his request with a smile that hides his true feeling.

“That’s great to hear” The principal smiled. “Thank you and you can go now” Patting Yoseob’s shoulder for the last time, he walked away back to his office.

Yoseob stood there, shutting his eyes as he thought why in the world it has to be him to be the one waking Junhyung up. By that time, he just wanted stuff his head in the locker and care less about the world behind him.

Why? Why, why, why? Why….. , Yoseob thought as he leaned his forehead on the door of his locker, feeling the coldness of the metal door. Forget about taking a walk around the school, Yoseob’s going to dance his stress away.

Yes, dance. Dancing is always his help of erasing his stressful feelings. Yoseob loves dancing. Singing comes after. Whenever Yoseob is caught in a stressful or troublesome situation, he would find a peaceful place to dance his stress away. Whenever he is in such situations, dancing always helps him to forget what had happened by making him feel like he is the only person living in this world. Not to mention, mostly all of the dances he danced are covers of the artists’ songs.

Walking around for the dancing room, he finally found one. Of course, he had asked for the permission to use the dancing room after he had found it. The teacher gave him the key and told Yoseob to lock the room after.

Switching on the lights, Yoseob smiled at the room. Some of the walls are made up of transparent glass and some of them are covered in pictures of the seniors whose dreams came true and finally becoming a star. 2 of 4 walls are covered in transparent glass while the 3rd wall-where he enters-is all covered with a big rectangular mirror and the 4th wall, which happens to be the front of the dancing room, is made up of bricks. The dancing room is built somewhere inside the school and the view of the roads and buildings told Yoseob that the room is at the corner of the school’s building. The left side and the back side, opposite of where the bricked wall is, of the room showed a beautiful scenery of the city which makes Yoseob relaxes.

Yoseob went to change into his favourite and comfortable outfit before going back to the room. He fished his iPod out and connected a speaker to his iPod. He dragged the screen down, eyeing every title of the songs in his iPod. His finger stopped once the song he wanted appears into his sight. He smiled and tapped on the song ‘Wedding Dress’ by the singer Taeyang.

It is one of his favourite songs to dance. It reminds him of the happiness he shared with his fellow friends in his previous school.

He put on the hat that is similar to Taeyang’s and danced along the music. Sometimes he looks at his feet and sometimes he looks at his reflection. To his surprise, he still can dance very well as he thought he had forgotten the steps.

Soon after, until the song comes to Taeyang’s solo dance, Yoseob has to make a turn and so he did. As soon as he was to face the mirror after a turn, his hat was taken off and was placed in the head of another person. Yoseob’s eyes went wide to the sudden appearance and lost his balance.

That person caught Yoseob in time before he falls, his strong hands placed on Yoseob’s back and on his hips. Yoseob stared at his face. Manly features, is all Yoseob could label.

Finally back on his feet, Yoseob cracked an awkward smile.

“You dance very well” He commented.

Yoseob was silent.

“You… saw me?” Yoseob finally asked after awhile.

He chuckled. “Of course I did” He said. “This mirror,” He said as he pointed at the mirror. “I can see you through the back of this mirror, if you noticed”

“Oh…” was all Yoseob could say.

“What are you doing here all by yourself? Shouldn’t you be in your dorm right now?” That boy asked.

“Nah, I felt like dancing for a reason” Yoseob replied.

He chuckled. He took off the hat and placed it back to Yoseob’s head. “Your head is small” He teased. The song came to an end.

“Do not” Yoseob pouted, taking off the hat and did his hair.

“Doojoon” A hand appeared in front of Yoseob, asking for a handshake.

Yoseob looked at the hand and the face. He took his offer and shook it. “Yoseob” he smiled, catching the other’s heart.

A tint of pink spread across Doojoon’s face as he watched Yoseob flashing a smile he saw a moment ago at him.

“Do you always smile like that naturally?” Doojoon asked.

Yoseob arched his eyebrows, trying to figure out what Doojoon was trying to ask. “Pardon..?”

“Um, I mean… Even when you dance, you smile perfectly” Doojoon said.

“I did?” Yoseob gave a small chuckle. “I must be taken into the song for the moment” He added, looking away from the eye contact.

Doojoon turned to Yoseob, giving his sweet smile. How can he not notice the smile on his face when he had been looking at himself mostly all the time. He could feel something in Yoseob’s tone, but he couldn’t bring himself to it.

“How’s Junhyung?” Doojoon suddenly asked.

“Jun…hyung?” Yoseob questioned. He gave Doojoon a quick glance and then at his reflection in the mirror. “He’s fine… I guess”

Doojoon replied a chuckle. “No,” He said between chuckles. “What I meant was, how is Junhyung to your opinion”

Instead of wanting to slap himself out of his little embarrassment, Yoseob chuckled softly. “Oh… He’s quite hard to approach” He said, looking down at his feet while kicking the air. Just then, a question hit him.

“Wait, why do you wanna know what he’s like in my eyes?” Yoseob asked. His eyes now on Doojoon.

“Can’t I know my friend’s roommate’s point of view?” Doojoon smiled.

Oh, so they’re friends.., thought Yoseob.

“Woop, I got to go now. See you around” Doojoon said, ruffling Yoseob’s hair playfully before jogging out of the room leaving the confused boy behind.

Why did he talk to me? Why did he ask me such questions? I don’t understand at all… *pout*
