[Today, Kakashi is stopping by every classroom to make sure that all Students and Staff fill in this questionnaire form. Personally he thinks it is a waste of time but apparently it is something that the school is required to do. So fill it in and return it to him, and feel free to moan about the current state of the school.]

..I would like to think that everyone answered it seriously, but its not really my problem if they don't. At least I got them filled in like it was required.
