Vacations are always too short..
It's already been 2 full days since Lexy's been here, and it's been fun! I have the rest of the time off while she's here, so hopefully we can make the best of it. Though it doesn't seem like anywhere near long enough! I've been making her watch Fruits Basket, and she likes it, though she likes the dub better, which is sad. But at least she agrees that Ayame's voice is horrible in english! heh.
I dragged her to anime club last night, and we had fun there, too! She got intro'd to most of my friends, and a bunch of us went to dinner afterwards and just laughed at everyone's dorky jokes. Yeah. We're ALL dorky. That's all there is to it. But at least we're fun!
Kim loaned me Fushigi Yuugi to show her. Hopefully we can watch a little bit of it at least.. She loaned me the whole freaking thing! Heh heh. Poor girl! I hope she doesn't mind it too much. But now we can actually go do stuff! Gotta call Kevin and see when he wants to hang out. ;)
Ummm.. *L* right now Daniel, this kid that's living with us for awhile, is playing with one of those laser pointers with my dog.. poor Zeppy falls for this game EVERY time. She chases that little red dot around and around, makes herself dizzy, runs into things, and the end result is always her being exhausted.. and then being ready to run around and do it again less than 10 minutes later! It's amusing to watch. The puppy is chasing it, too, though is more interested in chasing Zeppy..
I think that'll be all for now. Lex is downstairs still watching Fruits Basket, and I feel rude for having abandoned her even though she said that she didn't mind! >.<;
