2 Degree Murder Charge?

Mar 30, 2006 20:19

Bleh. I was pretty damn close to being charged with second degree murder yesterday, not cool. Or at least I close to being capable of being charged with it. In weights class today thrid hour we had to run the mile. I already felt like complete shit and didn't want to run though I did. I felt faint, had numb feeling legs and arms, and very tired(had less then two hours of sleep). After I finally crossed the finish line I basically passed out on the side of the track. As Im going in and out of concious trying to breath face planted in the ground, Mark Bowan(bowmen w/e) comes up to me and starts to kick me. Not hard just softly telling me to get up. I heard him and everything, but for some reason I believe my animalist surival insticts clicked on. One second Im one the ground barely breathing, the next Im standing up with Mark sparwled out on the ground. Took me a moment to register after being told, I grabbed his right leg out of no where and flipped him backwards. He landed square on the back of his neck. He was out for a few short moments before staggering to his feet barely able to stand like me. I had no pre medation before the attack, it just came out of no where. Like I stated I think it came from me resorting to basic surival insticts. I'm glad Im not in jail right now...

Besides that went to Hillside Chruch last night, had a blast there. Took Danny along too. Since I offered him the one ride the other week back hes been coming with me whenever I go. Anyways we had a surprise movie night."Changing Times" was the name of the movie, and it was execellent. The message of the story was very strong. It was about a Bible Scholar/writer whatever he was from the 1890's going in time into the 21st century. He couldn't believe how people had basically made Sin a part of there everyday life and simply didn't care. That and Christ has basically been tooken out of the picture from schools and the public in general. That and all of the other stuff in the movie they expressed in it are 100% true really, which is honestly rather sad IMO.

Besides those two things nothing to discuss atm.
