Plagiarism
Are you guilty of plagiarism if you steal from yourself? I'm working on a Teen Wolf story and just posted a chapter. It occurred to me today that one scene is a near duplicate of one I wrote in an OC story ten years ago. I don't really expect that anyone will ever notice but I still feel strange about it. Considering that the demographic for Teen Wolf was in kindergarten or at best second grade when the OC was on the air and this story was written my discomfort is irrational, I know. Still, it makes me feel old not to remember something like that.
