So, I've been craving meat for a while and was thinking of getting something at KFC... But there was a problem with it.
- A. I want to eat at home, and if ordering a delivery, the food will go cold by the time it reaches me.
- B. It's literally at the end of month, so I'm SUUUUUPER broke... thus I can't really eat out.
The solution: buy meat and make something yourself.
So I decided to go for Japanese karaage, as I've remembered always liking it better than KFC in Japan, because.. honestly.. IT'S SO GOOD!!~
And surprisingly it turned out just as I wanted to!! Nice and crispy!!! Yummy!!~ <3

So, while at it, I've also decided to link the recipe that I've used.

But as I didn't have the fish stock, I've just used the double soy sauce! And it worked.
Next time I might add some more spices though to make it spicier... It surprisingly turned out rather mild with the slight flavour of ginger and garlic.
That's all for today~
