Dear Epson,
Last night I printed my black and white tax forms on your Epson Stylus Photo R260. Today I proceeded to print a black and white complaint letter, but your printer says it cannot print because it is out of yellow and magenta inks. I am uncertain as to how a six-cartridge printer runs out of yellow and magenta while printing black and white. So I'll take my complaint letter to work and print it there. And while I'm at it, perhaps I'll print one for you, too.
