QOTD: "Don't learn the tricks of the trade. Learn the trade."
Felt very productive at work today. Lots of things to do for inventory coming up. Was given a license for screen 86 in DPS today, which is boring to you all since it means I can print open box stickers, but to me it's awfully nice. Access is always a thrilling thing for me. Helped the CSAs today and they gave me a flood of thanks. We're very shorthanded right now, especially in Merchandising. If you need a job, now is the time to apply to Circuit City. Helped several customers today, but mostly got a lot of storework done. Things that made me feel like I was doing something, like getting displays ready for inventory and finding mismatched serial numbers. Rearranged all of the printer ink so that it doesn't look like a disaster area. Eddie redid the media cards and they look damn sharp now. Coffee in the middle of the morning makes things much easier. Go, chemical stimulants!
Tonight Alan and John came by with attractive housing propositions, but I could not partake, as my current situation is quite favorable. Went with
Gabe to Wal-Mart and for most of the night, I've been working on a photo to get to
Drew. It's almost done. Wal-Mart was horrible to the negative, so I've had to work on it quite a lot. Should be done tomorrow night.
Not getting enough sleep.
