Late meme answers are late. In some cases, I don't necessarily have a favorite episode, but I have a favorite moment, and sometimes "marry" really means "lust after the most". HONESTY IS GOOD.
GUNDAM WING

› prettiest character -- toss-up between Hilde, Noin and Treize (he's very pretty)
› character I wanna marry -- Duo Maxwell
› favorite pairing -- Heero/Duo (aka 1x2x1)
› favorite episode moment -- When Heero goes to kill Duo and ends up rescuing him ♥
› unpopular opinion -- Wufei is straight. Or otherwise worded: not all the Gundam pilots are gay.
DOCTOR WHO
› favorite character -- River Song
› least favorite character -- Ten in epic douchebag mode
› prettiest character -- River Song (and Amy)
› character I wanna marry -- River Song
› favorite pairing -- Amy/Rory and Jack/Nine/Rose
› favorite episode -- A Time of Angels/Flesh and Stone
› unpopular opinion -- that it is impossible for River Song to be anything less than awesome. Even if she turns out to be the Rani.
TORCHWOOD

› least favorite character -- Gwen Cooper
› prettiest character -- Gwen Cooper
› character I wanna marry -- Rhys Williams or Jack, though I think he's less of the long-term marrying type and that's what I want/need/etc.

› unpopular opinion -- IANTO IS TOTES NOT DEAD, OKAY? The only reason Rhys isn't doomed is because it would make Gwen leave Torchwood (according to Word of God) and we can't have that.
SUPERNATURAL (note, I've only seen through s5 episode 2 and 1 s6 ep)

› favorite episode -- Ugh, I hated the anime, but my favorite chapter in the manga was that whole arc where Shishio removes Kyo's bracelet and shows his true form to Tohru, and them all putting on Cinderella FOR GRATE LOLZ

› least favorite character -- Yamhead Chibiusa
› prettiest character -- Rei/Sailor Mars and Michiru/Sailor Neptune
› character I wanna marry -- Mamoru (I think he was one of my first anime crushes)
› favorite pairing -- Mamoru/Usagi (my first OTP) XD
› favorite episode -- that episode where Usagi and Chibiusa defeat Wiseman, IDEK. However in the manga, the Stars arc was always my favorite

› least favorite character -- what I saw of s6 Cameron and Tritter
› prettiest character -- Thirteen or Chase
› character I wanna marry -- Chase (he's really pretty. And UNF that accent)

› favorite episode -- Any bit with House in the clinic, and the one where he and Cuddy are on the "epidemic plane" and it turns out the guy really has the bends
