haha nooooo... Gwen's not a slut. (I may have called her one before, but I don't think she is. A cheater, yes, but not a slut) I think she really does love Rhys, really and truly, but that she's so infatuated with Jack, or the idea of Jack as the perfect prince, that if Jack asked she would drop Rhys in a second. (Rhys IS awesome, and I think he really loves Gwen back or he wouldn't put up with the stuff she does)

I always knew that I wanted to end this with Gwen just having married Rhys, and yet thinking something like "but I still want Jack", because of the dances. I also think that Gwen, based on what Eve Myles has said about them, doesn't see Jack and Ianto's relationship as anything more than sex. (EM compares the relationship to comedic relief or something. Don't quote me on that). And I realized that that last line could be very pro-Gwack, (which made my inner Janto-fangirl weep a little) and I realized, that this would be another perfect way to tie it into my planned Jack piece.
I was rewatching KKBB and when she says that line "no one else would have me" something happens in Jack's mind, and I knew I had to explore that from his POV.

I don't really think she's a slut either. Unless I'm in the middle of a rant about her, mind. But generally I'm not in a rant about her and then she's just Gwen.

I do agree that Gwen doesn't see Jack and Ianto's relationship more than sex (I love fics where she sees that it is indeed more). Ooh, the Jack piece sounds awesome. I also think (it's clear actually) that something happens in Jack's mind there.

My Gwen-hate-meter fluctuates depending on what I'm doing in the Torchwood fandom. If I'm watching actual episodes it tends to fall more to dislike side ('cept for Meat and Day 4/5 in which I hate her). Enough fanfics are written really well and make me like her, which is actually really depressing when I watch actual eps again, unless I'm slumming it over at the AGA, which tends to make me really dislike her also.

I am very upset that it's not the sin of the week that I have plotted out for Jack (I have decided who's going to be what sin, and everything. I am not looking forward to doing Owen, only because I'm not sure of the plot yet, so I'm glad he's not this week either)

I also love it when Gwen gets hit in the face by the clue-by-four XD

Yeah, mine is usually by which fic and episode I just watched. My favorite flavor of Gwen is pocky_slash's. I like her Jack and Ianto too.
