my band (fic ideas)
I wrote this post on the plane, but am only just getting to post now, as I had to unpack then repack (still not done with that) as I go back to school tomorrow :( also: I'M BACK!
I have been bitten by the plot bunnies again (frakkin you need to keep a tighter leash on them) multiple times actually. if reel_torchwood does a second round I may even join in XD. I'm specifically not posting these to tw_ficrequests because I may eventually do these myself one day. yes, airports and vacation do funny things to my mind.

Torchwood 3 as a band (stop pulling away from me).
Jack as the lead singer, Suzie as female vocals and guitar who leaves for a reason I'm keeping secret for now and they replace with Gwen a former groupie, Owen on drums, Toshiko on synthesizer, Ianto on bass guitar/assistant. Jack was formerly a part of the Doctor's band-thing with Rose (and Sarah Jane maybe?) but Jack was offered his own contract to make his own way and now Martha and the Master (Koschei) took his and Rose's places. and Donna is the general manager or something.
and it works out that it follows some of the events of season 1 (sort of) except they are a band, so no aliens or super alien tech, jack's mortal, etc. like for cyberwoman, instead of lisa being half converted, she's got some terminal disease and someone's blackmailing ianto for money. after that there would be gratuitous Janto. it's a work in progress in my head, I'm working some kinks out on the plane. you're just jealous because of how awesome this idea is

The Princess and the Frog. yes, like the new disney movie.
either with Ianto as Tiana and Jack as Prince Naveen from Boeshane or Martha as Tiana and Tom as Prince Naveen from... somewhere. because I think that Mickey/Martha is a bullshit ass pull. do not mess with my Martha/Tom. and The Doctor would be Ray and "Evangeline" would be "Rose" and Donna as Mama Odie (omfg yes. that was a spark of brilliance that just came to me, but Donna as Mama Odie would be perfection) and either Gwen or some other female as Lottie

Jack and Ianto in Rapunzel. has the potential to be an epically awesome crack!fic. with John Hart as the sorcerer/ess. would contain mpreg, as the original tale has Rapunzel pregnant with the prince's twins and that's how the witch finds out about him (see a comparison here) except instead of Jack being completely shut up in his tower, he would have a window through which he would flirt with everyone he sees, and that's how Prince Ianto (who's really on a quest to win the hand of Princess Lisa) notices him. I'm not sure if I want Jack-punzel to stumble across Owen or Martha in the wilderness, but other than that, yeah...

Torchwood does Enchanted. (if I do reel_torchwood round 2, I would probably do this)
I'm not sure if I would have Ianto as Giselle and Jack as Robert (thereby having Gwen as Nancy and Rhys as Prince Edward and Brenda as Narissa, and Banana as Nathaniel, and Rose as Morgan the daughter and Myfanwy as Pip; which all has some hilarious crack potential and actually works better the more thought I give it). Ianto would be from Boeshane and land in New York or Wales, etc.
or Jack as Giselle and Ianto as Robert (with Gwen and John Hart as Prince Edward* and Lisa as Nancy--not sure who I should have as who yet--and either Martha or Tish--they're already Joneses--Mica as Morgan the daughter and Gray as Narissa and John Hart as Nathaniel and Myfanwy or Janet as Pip, and I'm still working out the rest of the cast)
but yeah, I totally want to do this. I'd just have to rewatch the movie first XD
*that would be extra-funny to me because I'm always confusing the names James Marsden (who plays Edward) with James Marsters (who plays John). I know who they are, it's just the names are so similar...
