Writer's Block: Almost Famous
my writing. I want to be a famous fiction writer and being known for breaking into the bussiness young, kinda like christopher paolini (Eragon, or The Inheritance Cycle, ring a bell?) # he's cool.
and in other news, my grandfather, whom I affectionately call "poppy", called me fat today. and yesterday. and practically every day he and lisi (my grandma) have been here. it's more of a "you need to lose at least 25lbs. you have no willpower." not kidding here. yeah, I'm not skinny, but I'm not really that much overweight, and then he said it was because of health, not beauty. except for the fact that if I lost weight at the rate he wants me to, people would think I'm anorexic. also, yeah, if I lost that much weight I would be super-skinny, and believe it or not, I don't mind my chub. yeah, I wouldn't mind losing 5--10lbs, but not that much. granted my grandfather is a holocaust survivor, so he's a little loopy, but damn, he doesn't have to keep harping on me about it. it's like, "hi kukele, how've you been? you've lost/gained weight. lose more weight." X(
