Jerked Fish
Along with souvenirs, both tasteful and incredibly tacky, my company distributes salmon products. Salmon fillets. Flaked salmon for making spreads. Canned salmon and salmon in jars. Yummie Chummy treats for dogs and cats (Cindie hates salmon, so none for her!). And salmon jerky. Which I had been wanting to try because I like salmon and the jerky looks delicious.
Well, I finally tried it and it is OMGosh goooooood! So so yummy. Not too fishy tasting, and with the definite jerky overtones. And it's acceptable for my diet. YUM~! Salmon jerky! Now I'll have to get more, because I only got a little bit to try it out.
