Last couple of days, I've been sick, miserable, and with a massive migraine. And I've been feverishly trying to finish up my Round Robin post, because Benjamin goes in for another surgery later this week and I don't want to be futzing around with Sims stuff while I'm fretting over him. Plus I'm expected to have 12 blocks done for Saturday's quilting class! Well, that ain't happening...
Anyway, I haven't wanted to eat much, but this afternoon I was starving and I demanded some comfort food, @#$% it all! So, I just want to say this - THANK YOU SARA LEE, for making a bread that is so wonderfully low carb that I was able to have TWO (low fat) peanut butter and (sugar-free) jelly sandwiches. TWO! I don't know if I can stress to people how amazing that is. When you are only allowed 45 grams of carbs for a meal, most breads make two sandwiches absolutely out of the question. Hell, some even make one out of the question.
But I had TWO! And those sandwiches were exactly what I wanted and needed. When I was younger, my mother used to always brag about how great my peanut butter and jelly sandwiches were. I always thought she was just talking out of her hat, because moms do that, but you know what? SHE WAS RIGHT! I make the most INCREDIBLE peanut butter and jelly sandwiches this side of existence!
(and yes, Mom, I even put butter on them. That's how freakin' awesome they were)
