Introduction [text]
I know a lot of you like to keep in touch via these blog things on the school's network, so let's give this a shot. Maybe I'll get to know some of you a little better...
My name is Samus Aran. I'm not one for formalities-you can call me Samus, or Miss Aran, Aran-Sensei, whatever you prefer. I teach Armed Weaponry and (Bio)Mechanical Engineering, both in room 214. I also double as a substitute as needed, so you might see me around more often... you also might not.
Couple of things I want to get off my chest real quick:
I know a lot of you are new students just like I'm a new teacher, so if you ever need me, or have any questions/comments/concerns, or even just want to say 'hi', don't be afraid to drop me a line here.

- I don't really care if you're late to any of my classes but once you're inside I expect you to treat me with the same respect I treat you. This applies to both students and teachers.
- Yes, I can read and see just fine without the glasses. I prefer wearing them to, you know, protect my eyes. They're more comfortable than goggles or helmets.
- Yes I'm single and no, I'm not interested. Stop asking, damn it.
