Okay,
I said that I watched most of the shows I should have watched weeks/months ago & yeah, I did, so here are my thoughts on them.
All behind a cut because I think there'll be other folks who'd appreciate to stay unspoiled aswell ;D
I kinda thought of Farscape during ALL of these shows... but see yourself *facepalm*
Actually I think I've lost my mind when I watched this finale.
Why ?? Becaue I thought Claire had named the baby "Erin" & I just thought "Why would she give that boy a girls name ??"
I appreciated that they thought about an unusual boyname, because... lets be honest, Lost doesn't have ANY original names...
Claire, Jack, Kate, John, Charlie, ... maybe Sawyer & Hurley are original, but these are only nicknames, Sawyers real name is JAMES ! original ?? not so much ... and Hurleys name is Hugo ?? oh my... even the "French chick" has a pretty ordinary name.
anyways... I thought Erin might be a nice change, but still so wrong, because ... he's a boy ! *lol*
and ... well... Aeryn... Erin... Aeryn, Erin... gosh, I didn't wanna think about Farscape everytime I'd hear his name !
After I posted that in a message board & a "Isn't that boy's name 'Aaron' ??" I felt kinda embarrassed ... & realised (AGAIN) that my mind's too occupied with Farscape *ehem*
After I realised that his name is Aaron, I was kinda disappointed ... because AGAIN it's such a typical american/english name.
Nothing special about it :/
The biggest shocker in the second part was blown up Artz for me.
I knew it would happen, because I read it in someones journal (behind a cut, I wanted to read it ;P ), but still... it was soooo unexpected for me.
I was sooo startled... even my brother saw me twitch in front of the computer & was kinda amused *lol*
the rest was okay, but ... I don't know, kinda blah.
the cliffhanger wasn't something that let me scream "OMG, I NEED TO SEE THE NEXT EP RIGHT NOW !"
I just thought "Okay, summer hiatus, here I come" *lol*
The empty child... probably not my favorite episode... but I like the new character, Captain Jack ! :D
the "are you my mummy ??" was so annoying ... I was glad when the episode was over... not too glad when I read a "to be continued" *lol*
It's always the annoying aliens they have to make a two-parter about, huh ?? *rolleyes*
1x10 wasn't that good either, but the dancing scene was really nice :D
and there was one scene that reminded me much of Farscape *lol*
In 2x08"Dream a little Dream" is a similar scene to that one : Walking down the aisle...

Both scenes are shot kinda slow motion. 3 people, 2 men, one woman, the woman in the middle, the scene is in the dark AND they're walking straight to you.
Yeah, yeah, obsessed much, I know *lol*
I quite liked 1x11, I wasn't too fond of the farting aliens the first time, but they didn't let them fart that often this time & especially the dinner scene was really funny ! *lol*
the things with Rose's ex are set, first mention a motel & then that he has a new girlfriend *rolleyes*
What a guy ...
but at least he let her go this time...
1x12 Bad Wolf
Didn't like the Daleks the first time,
reminded me of Terminator, Matrix & Star Wars...
so I wasn't looking forward to see them again *g*
I still don't like them...
I loved the Big Brother "house" the doc was in *lol*
and... ehm... I liked the music... does anybody know which song that was ??
anyways, interesting episode.
and I still like Captain Jack *hrhrhr*
After the doc is gone, he should be Rose's love interest ! :D
Not sure I'd like the new doc in this position... we'll see...

Whoa... WHAT ??
One of the best finales I've seen this year.
Now I'm wondering what will happen to Jack... I mean... he's alive again, and... they just friggin' left him !
Never would have guessed that Rose was behind "Bad Wolf", cool twist.
the scene itself was very cool, her voice... and ... everything, gaaaaah, overwhelming !
Loved the message the doc left her in the Tardis.
I shivered when he looked at her... and... yeah, was teary-eyed *sobs*
(almost every finale made me cry this year, so this one's no exception *lol* )
The scene between the co-workers was cute, "I'm only here because of you ..." and then they died together
Won't miss that other blonde girl, she was kinda annoying & just there to make Rose jealous... so ... yeah...
I'm not quite sure yet what to think about the new doc,
"new teeth" was funny *g*
But the smile looked ... strange, it wasn't that inviting smile from the old doc, it was a strange, creepy smile I don't wanna see again !

I guess I have to see a whole ep with him until I can say that I like him... or dislike him *shrugs*
Here I had to think about Lost, not Farscape, mind you *lol*
Why ??
Because of the scene in which Jack shot Irina.
It was that typical dramatic music JJA plays in Lost ALL the time.
He shouldn't have used it here *shrugs*
Anyways...
I pretty much was disappointed with these episodes.
Yeah, it was great to see Irina again, but ... a clone ?? zombies in russia ?? the crappy effects they used ...
please !
and Nadia never could have survived the Zombie attack !
She had not ONE scratch...
overrun by zombies, hit & scratched & probably bitten by them, but yeah, sure, she's unharmed ... WHATEVER !
The cliffhanger was pretty much expected from my side.
Vaughn looking to Syd all the time, waiting to see a reaction ...
I was expecting a car any time... and there it was !
Yeah, he isn't Vaughn... whatever !
He's still the man she meet... but has another name...
he still cares about her & wants to marry her .. but has another name *lol*
I don't know... I expected something better here
Long Story short :
Lost : had an okay finale
Dr. Who : one of the best finales this season
Alias : Worst Finale EVER !
There are more shows I've seen & more I shall see soon, so expect more opinions on episodes you already saw months ago from me soon ! ;P
As promised yesterday I was in the movie theater with my mum today.
We watched Star Wars III
You can see pretty pictures there, beautiful planets, the cities look fantastic.
The special effects studio did a remarkable job there, but ...
I wasn't in the movie to see pretty pictures... I wanted a good story.
and I didn't get it :/
Many action scenes... but the tension wasn't there...
not for me anyways...
I knew that Obi Wan wouldn't die, Yoda wouldn't die, Anakin wouldn't die... Padme wouldn't die before she would give birth... and so on...
So when the action was going on & the evil guys tried to beat the good guys and vice versa I just yawned & shrugged.
The best scenes were Anakin & the younglings... because OMG, they hide, see him, are relieved & ask for help ... & well... he kills them :/
then the end fight with Anakin/Obi Wan, Anakin half dead... and how he becomes Darth Vader.
I shivered when we heard his first breath in that thing *eeks*
and I loved Padme's funeral scene.
Beautiful shot.
The ending with the babies was great too, but everything they showed us before that was so ... blah !
I sat there for the first hour or so & yawned... was bored ... & *ehem* saw Farscape similarities everywhere *laughing*
For an example... there is a scene in which Anakin says something like "I would put my life in your hands"
and I expected to hear "... but not my heart." *loool*
Maybe the people who suggested I should see a doctor because of this obsession are right ;P
Anyways,
after that my mum & I went to that cafe, I was only once there, but my mum already knew it *g*
& she liked it aswell.
So ... yeah, we sat there, ordered our drinks (I drank two Latte Macchiattos, coconut flavored *yum**yum*) and talked about stuff.
I told my mum that I'd like to have an iPod & she just asked "an what ??"
So I tried to explain it ...
you have to know that my mum's computer retarded, but I tried my best to explain it easily.
Told her that it's a mp3 player,
something like a walkman, or cd-player....
she : ???
So I repeated it, to listen to music ! :D
but I chose the wrong word... cd-player
should have said disc man, because after that she asked
"Ah, so it's cd player"
Ehm, no mum, I don't want a new cd-player ;P
it's like a walkman or discman, but you don't need cd's to listen to music !
Mum : ???
No cd's ??

so, yeah, I made it more complicated to explain.
After a while she figured it out for herself *lol*
That you can connect it to the computer & put the music there on it.

So, after that long ass explanation that only caused me more trouble *g* I said again what I said in the beginning

asked her later if she'd sponsor me that trip to coffee_girl,
she didn't say yes, but didn't say no either, so I guess that's a yes.
She knows that we wanted to meet earlier this year, but that money was the problem.
Now that there's this summer discount it's about 1/4 of the normal price I'd pay to visit her & ... yeah, tempting, but I'd still need a little help from my mum ;)
On our way home we talked about my siblings.
it wasn't such a nice talk, to be honest ... I was a little sad after that.
Disappointed ... because of my oldest brother, Michael...
he said stuff about me to my mum... like "ohhh, she's sooo lazy, she should look for a job" *blablubb*
