Oscars 2008
I wasn't able to watch much of the Oscars yesterday (stupid work *grumbles*),
so I just searched youtube for clips of what I missed, but wanted to see, and I'm glad I did.
Falling Slowly is SUCH a beautiful Song :]
I'm glad Marketa was able to do her speech, too.

That's actually even the most exciting Oscar win for me this year.
I didn't know many of the nominated movies, same goes for some of the winners of this year.
So I guess it's not THAT bad that I didn't watch the entire thing.
I probably would have fallen asleep during it, anyways.
One more thing at the end:
After everybody on my flist talked about this, I kind of expected more.
Yes, they showed Heath Ledger ...
but well... he died this year, so I'm not surprised they did it.
Ah well, I still liked it.
