I've just finished watching Desperate Housewives ^_^
Well, I still haven't seen the beginning of Season 3 and I'm still curious as to how some things happened/changed so fast.
I think I'll get those episodes some day soon, too.
But right now I'm looking forward to Season 4 ^_^
Before that...
some thoughts on Season 3
After watching the last couple of episodes in a row I have to say that Lynette's storyline made the biggest impression on me.
I didn't like the after work dinners with Rick, even though nothing was going on.
I was just waiting for something bad to happen... and then he confronts her, tells her that he has feelings for her... and she fires him.
Wow, that was probably the least I expected.
The way she reacted/the acting was amazing!!
and then we discover that she has Hodgkins.
hmm, not sure what to think about that.
beloved tv show characters get that disease more or less often.
Probably because there's a good chance to survive it.
I remember a season of Party of Five that dealt with it, it wasn't pretty to watch, but it certainly left an impression.
Otherwise I wouldn't remember the name of the disease or particular scenes that are now playing in my mind ^_^
I'm wondering how they'll play it out, and what will happen with her mother.
and I seriously hope Tom and she will be better very soon.
Gaby... I don't like her new guy, I didn't like him from the beginning.
and after seeing him with his dad(?) at the end... Gabrielle overhearing what they said to each other... well, I don't like him any better *lol*
Bree... I missed her.
and Orson.
I was glad to see her again, I was wondering that she was willing to let someone else adopt her grandchild.
Faking a pregnancy and raising the child as her own is much more her style *lol*
Susan, well, was okay.
I think she's cute with Mike, so I'm glad they're back together.
Ian was way too jealous for my taste. So I'm glad he's gone now ^_^
And then there's Edie.
I like her, a lot, I think Carlos/Edie are cute, too, even though I think Carlos is an ass for staying with her for so long, even though he didn't even love her.
He likes her, and he enjoys her company, yes, but I think she invested more in this relationship, that she was more into him, and that's why she acted the way she did.
It wasn't always the right thing she did, but heeey, it's Edie!!! ^_^
I just hope she'll be back. Otherwise I'd really miss her :/
Thank god the season opener will be aired today ^_^
I think I'll watch My name is Earl now, and after that FINALLY some Heroes.
Half my flist will be happy that I finally gave in *lol*
In case you were wondering ... yes, this weekend I watched tv, and ONLY that.
